Early Days

Sooooo first day jitters...

Let me just say, why does everyone like being OUTSIDE so much?! Like outside is good, but not the only thing I enjoy. And sorry... I do NOT like camping, it's not for me. I did not realize this personality trait would prevent me from like 90% of the single people out there! Doesn't anyone just like chilling on the couch? 

First guy I matched with, sent me a message and reached out. We said pleasantries and then he proceeded to tell me that he DOESN'T SPEAK ENGLISH. I regrettable told him that was all I spoke. And then he said, "So when should we meet up?" ... to sit in silence I guess? 

Second guy. We actually started chatting a bit, he was older but that's alright. He asked me if we could meet up. I said, well I am wanting to play it a little safe so I would prefer to have a phone call or video chat before we meet up. And he proceeded to never message me again. So he's a MURDERER. Dodged a bullet there. Safety first ladies and gents.

Chatted with another guy about our favorite movies. I told him my all time favorite was What's Up Doc and I truly enjoyed watching terrible movies and making fun of them. His response: "OK." Okay PERIOD?! That's the sign of death. Sure enough, never heard from him again. So apparently that was a deal breaker. 

This is going SUPER well so far.
